[VID] WAN 2.2 SVI PRO v4 – First & Last Frame Video Generation – update 01.03.26 (Patreon supporters)

Hi folks, this is CCS — here is the full breakdown of what changed in v4 of the Wan 2.2 SVI Pro 2 FLF workflow and how to use every preset.

Please refer to the previous post for a more in-depth breakdown of the pipeline before proceeding to this post and accessing the workflow.

WHAT’S NEW

The workflow now has two nodes working in synergy per segment:

WanImageMotionPro –> KSampler –> WanMotionProTrimmer –> VAE Decode

+——– trim_slots (INT) ——-+

WanImageMotionPro builds the conditioning and the latent space for the sampler. WanMotionProTrimmer receives the sampler output and cuts any hidden overshoot frames before decoding. When end_overshoot_slots=0 the trimmer is a zero-cost pass-through.

QUICK PRESET GUIDE — what each preset does and when to use it:

KEY WIDGETS explained:

end_overshoot_slots — extends the internal generation window by N hidden slots. Set 1 for smooth end convergence. Wire trim_slots output to WanMotionProTrimmer automatically (already done in v4).

include_padding_in_motion — on the first segment there is no previous clip to take motion reference from, so motion boost would apply to zero frames. Enable this on segment 1 only to apply the boost across all padding slots and avoid a static clip.

end_lock_slots — keep at 1. Locks only the very last latent slot to the end image. Raising it makes convergence stronger but also increases freeze risk, which is exactly what overshoot is solving.

use_prev_samples — set False on segment 1 even if the wire is connected. Prevents autolink from feeding garbage into the first generation.

All of this is pre-configured in v4. Raw format, no subgraphs, full access to every node.

p.s. Of course, these are raw workflows with spaghetti links. If you want to keep your workspace clean, just press “Convert All Links” in the AutoLink node (inside IAMCCS-nodes).
